Riding Mower Stolen; Traffic Citations: Kendall County Sheriff's Report

Driving Without License

Kenneth Furukawa, 42, was arrested for speeding and driving without a valid license Saturday, Kendall County Sheriff's Office said.

Furukawa, was taken into custody after a traffic stop at Route 25 and Glendale Avenue, in Osweo. Deputies learned Furukawa's license was canceled.

Arrested on Forgery Charge

Terray Fultz, 25, of Oswego, was arrested at a residence in the 5000 block of Route 34 for two warrants for forgery, according to the Kendall County Sheriff's Office. The warrants were out of Kendall County and Aurora, with bonds totaling $25,000.

Fultz was taken to Kendall County Jail Saturday.

Driving on Suspended License

Jorge Diaz-Monriquez, of Montgomery, was arrested after a routine traffic stop Sunday, according to Kendall County Sheriff's Office.

He was pulled over at the corner of West Anchor Drive and Route 31 when Sheriff's deputies learned his license was suspended. Diaz-Monriquez was arrested on the scene.

Lawn Mower Ridden Off

An Oswego man reported a theft of his riding lawn mower, Kendall County Sheriff's Office said. Krik Alvey, 46, of Osage Court, said that someone stole the mower from his property between 8 p.m. and 10:30 p.m. on Sunday. It was valued at $1,500.

There is no suspect, and the incident is under investigation, the sheriff's report said.
