Man Arrested for Second DUI in Less Than a Week: Kendall County DUI Reports

A roundup of recent driving under the influence charges.

Sunday, Nov. 24

Felicano Isano, 24, of the 1400 block of Burr Oak Circle, Aurora, was arrested at 2:25 a.m. at Route 71 and Washington and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol after he was stopped for improper lane usage, said Oswego police.

Ritas J. Pavilinois, 50, of the 6000 block of Audry, Yorkville, was arrested at 7:22 p.m. at Station Drive and Mill Road and charged with driving under the influence. He was arrested for another DUI less than a week ago.

Saturday, Nov. 23

Michelle L. Bing, 33, of the 2700 block of Amila, Oswego, was arrested at 9:40 p.m. at Route 34 and Ogden Falls and charged with driving under the influence, said Oswego police. She was also charged for failing to yield to emergency equipment and for driving without a seatbelt.

David Louis Quintanilla, 26, of the 200 block of Calumet Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 3:42 a.m. at Route 34 and Bristol Ridge Road, Bristol, and charged with driving under the influence after he was stopped for speeding, said the Sheriff’s office. He was also cited for speeding.

Friday, Nov. 22

James E. Rogers, 63, of the 1000 block of North Bridge Street, Yorkville, was arrested at 4:49 p.m. in the 1200 block of North Bridge Street and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Yorkville Police. He was charged after backing into another vehicle.
