Man Charged With DUI After Rollover Crash in Oswego

An Aurora man was unhurt after a single-vehicle crash Sunday night in Oswego, but now faces a DUI charge.

Alan Romero Ramirez, 35, of the 2100 block of Walcott Road, reportedly rolled his vehicle around 7:10 p.m. Sunday at Stewart Road and Scotch Road, according to Kendall County Sheriff's Police. 

Ramirez, who was the only occupant in the vehicle, was taken to Rush-Copley Hospital in Aurora, but was uninjured, police said.

At the hospital, he was arrested and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving on a revoked license, improper lane use, failure to reduce speed to avoid an accident and driving an uninsured vehicle, according to police.
