Man Charged with Retail Theft
Jason B. Pierce has been charged with retail theft of alcohol from Oswego business.

Oswego Police have concluded the investigation of a report taken in
June 2012 where a male suspect left a business in the 3000 block
Of Route 34 with over $400 in alcohol without offering payment.
Jason B. Pierce, 47, of the 600 block of South River Street in
Aurora, was charged with Retail Theft, a class-3 felony.
A warrant was issued for Pleroes' arrest with bail being $25,000 and 10 percent required to be posted. The arrest warrant has not been served at the time of this release.
