Boulder Hill Man Charged in Churchill Club Burglaries

Jubari Tuggles is being held on $150,000 bond.

Oswego Police have made an arrest into the recent rash of burglaries and break-ins in the Churchill Club subdivision.

Jubari T. Tuggles, 20, of the 0-99 block of Fieldpoint Road, Boulder Hill, was charged Friday with one count of forgery, a class 3 felony, and two counts of residential burglary, according to an Oswego Police news release.

Tuggles was taken to Kendall County Jail and bond has been set at $150,000.

Oswego Police were assisted in the investigation by the Unites States Postal Inspection Service, the release said.

The investigation continues, and police are still warning residents to make sure all exterior doors are locked and to report any suspicious activity.

Thursdaythey were stepping up patrols in the area based on a recent crime spree that included residential burglaries and car break-ins in the subdivision.
