One Motorcyle Stolen, Another Damaged During Theft: Sheriff

Monday, Jan. 13

No valid driver’s license, speeding

A male juvenile, 17, was arrested at 12:43 a.m. at Route 34 and Cherry Road and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license and speeding, said the Sheriff’s office.

Sunday, Jan. 12

Possession of cannabis, drug paraphernalia

Bryan Jeffery Rodriguez, 19, of the 3900 block of Wolf Road, Oswego; and Santana Rodriguez, 19, of the 0-99 block of Saugatuck Road, Montgomery, were arrested at 9:36 p.m. at Orchard Road and Tuscany Trail, Bristol, said the Sheriff’s office. Bryan Rodriguez was charged with the possession of cannabis and drug paraphernalia and also cited with a loud muffler. Santana Rodriguez was charged with the possession of drug equipment.  

Saturday, Jan. 11

No valid driver’s license

Irais Perez-Garduno, 34, of the 1600 block of Windsong Lane, Aurora, was arrested at 11:44 a.m. at Orchard Road and Caterpillar Road, Montgomery, and charged for driving without a valid driver’s license after she was stopped for electronic communication while driving, said the Sheriff’s office.

Thursday, Jan. 9

Theft of motor vehicle, theft, criminal damage to property

Sheriff’s deputies are investigating a reported theft of a stolen motorcycle that occurred between 11:30 a.m. on Jan. 8 and 4:30 p.m. on Jan. 9 in the 8200 block of Route 30, Bristol. Another motorcycle was reported damaged during the incident as well as additional theft of property.

Hit and run

Sheriff’s deputies took a report for a hit and run crash that occurred between 7 a.m. and 8 a.m. at a business in the 5200 block of Baseline Road, Montgomery. Two employees’ vehicles were damaged when someone drove into side of one vehicle, which then collided with the second.

Wednesday, Jan. 8

No valid driver’s license

Mauricio Contreras, 38, of the 4000 block of Camden Lane, Yorkville, was arrested at 6:17 a.m. at Orchard and Budlong, Bristol, was charged for driving without a valid driver’s license following a traffic accident, said the Sheriff’s office.

Criminal damage to property

Sherifof’s deputies took a report for criminal damage to property that occurred overnight in the 0-99 block of Curtmar Court. Someone broke the back window of the victim’s vehicle with an unknown object. Nothing was taken and no other part of the vehicle was damaged.

Tuesday, Jan. 7

No valid driver’s license

Klinique J. Campion, 30, of the 100 block of Harbor Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 6:32 a.m. at Route 32 and West Anchor Drive following a traffic accident.  He was charged for driving without a valid driver’s license or insurance after his vehicle struck sign and was stuck in a ditch, said the Sheriff’s office.
