Oswego Blotter: Domestic Battery, Check Fraud

Michael A. Kipper, 34, of the 100 block of Willoughby Court, Oswego, was arrested by Oswego police and charged with domestic battery, police said.

April 16

Oswego police are investigating a report that someone cashed fraudulent checks using the name and bank account information of an Oswego resident, police said.
