Tharne Limeeze Silver, 24, of the 0-100 block of Dolphin Court, Oswego, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property, police said.March 14
A 53-year-old woman from Oswego told police someone fraudulently opened a credit card in her name. The victim could provide if any fraudulent charges were made the card before it was cancelled, police said.Police report information is provided by local police departments.
