Oswego Blotter: Retail Theft, Domestic Battery

March 8

Jordan M. Battleson, 18, of the 2400 block of Lenox Circle, Montgomery, and a 17-year-old juvenile were arrested by Oswego police at Meijer, 2300 Route 34, and charged with retail theft and possession of alcohol by a minor, police said.

March 12

Victor Torres, 28, of the 1500 block of Auburn Avenue, Naperville, was arrested and charged with domestic battery after Kendall County Sheriff's police responded to a report of a domestic battery in the 1700 block of Light Road, Oswego. According to police, Torres' girlfriend had injuries to her face.
