Joe Hernandez, 33, of the 1000 block of Liberty Street, Aurora, was arrested at Walmart, 2300 Route 34, and charged with retail theft and obstructing a peace officer, police said.

Police are investigating a hit and run crash in the area of 2300 Route 34; no injuries were reported.

Someone pumped $37.89 worth of fuel at Speedway, located at Route 34 and Route 71, and drove away without paying, police said.
