Oswego Blotter: Teen Girls Charged After Fight; Woman Reports Battery

A 38-year-old female employee at a group home in the 100 block of Boulder Hill Pass in Oswego Township reported she was battered by a resident, sustaining minor injuries, according to police. No complaints were signed in the case, and no arrests made.

Two 13-year-old girls were arrested on battery charges after sheriff's deputies responded to a report of a fight at 5:08 p.m. at Harbor Drive and Anchor Road, Oswego, according to police.

charges of battery, drop it, this is ridiculus and excessive use of power. what happen to the days when they just broke up a fight, gave em a warning and just walk away. 13 y/o's whats that 7th grade. you should have a right to defend yourself. who profits from this tis the ?
