Oswego Blotter: Traughber Student Arrested on Pot Possession Charge

A mile juvenile was arrested at Traughber Junior High, 570 Colchester, and charged with possession of cannabis, according to police, who said they responded to the campus after receiving a report of possible cannabis possession.

Valentin Partida, 23, of the 400 block of Raintree Drive, Oswego, was arrested by Oswego police at Raintree and Yoakum Boulevard on an in-state warrant and charges of driving on a suspended license, possession of less than 2.5 grams of cannabis, possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

Kerry Watson Jr., 19, of the 900 block of Oliver Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at Walmart, 2300 Route 34, and charged with retail theft, police said.

Marcos Perez, 40, of the 2600 block of Kerry Lane in Appleton, Wisconsin, was arrested at Walmart, 2300 Route 34, and charged with retail theft, police said.
