Oswego Blotter: Wallet Stolen from Shopping Cart; Criminal Trespassing

Mark W. Fogleman, 42, of the 600 block of River Street, Aurora, was arrested by Oswego police at 3:40 p.m. in the 2500 block of Douglas Road and charged with criminal trespassing, police said.

An Oswego woman reported that her wallet was stolen from a shopping cart at Meijer, 2700 Route 34, at around 4:30 p.m., according to police, who are investigating the incident.
