Oswego Man Arrested for DUI After Driving Without Headlights
He was charged with other offenses as well.
An Oswego man was arrested for driving under the influence following a traffic stop.
James K. Stepps, 42, of the 300 block of Bluegrass Parkway, Oswego, was arrested at 10:55 p.m. at Route 34 and Mason Square Drive on Oct. 10.
He was charged for driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia and driving with a revoked license, said Oswego police.

He was stopped and also charged for driving without headlights when required.
