Oswego Man Charged with Sexual Assault of a Minor
Kevin Hunter, 22, was living with the victim's family at the time of the assaults.
An Oswego man has been charged with multiple counts of sexual assault of a minor following an investigation by the DeKalb County Sheriff’s Department and Cortland police, according to the Aurora Beacon.
Kevin Hunter, 22, of the 2200 block of Route 31, had been temporarily living in Cortland with the victim's family during the time of the assaults, said the Sheriff's office.
Hunter reportedly assaulted the victim on four different occasions in October 2013.Hunter declined to speak with investigators during the investigation, according to the Beacon.
He has been charged with four counts of felony criminal sexual assault, four counts of felony criminal sexual abuse and four counts of felony unlawful restraint.
