Oswego Man Threatened Teen with Stun Gun: Police

Rodolfo Santillan was arrested on charges of domestic battery, assault and unlawful use of a weapon.

A 40-year-old man was arrested last week after punching another man and threatening him with a stun gun, according to Oswego police.

Capt. Jeff Burgner said on April 3, police responded to the 400 block of Ogden Falls Boulevard for a report of a domestic disturbance.

Rodolfo Santillan is accused of punching a 19-year-old who lives at the same residence, Burgner said. The victim, who was not seriously hurt, told police Santillan also threatened him with a stun gun, according to police.

Burgner said police did find a stun gun in Santillan's possession.

Santillan was arrested by Oswego police and charged with domestic battery, assault and unlawful use of a weapon, police said.

Santillan, who was released from the Kendall County jail April 4 after posting bond,is scheduled to appear in court on April 28.
