Oswego Police Blotter: Traffic and Retail Theft Charges

- Andrew Swanson, 20, of 490 Danbury Court in Oswego was charged with fleeing or eluding, speeding and improper lane usage shortly after 8:30 p.m. Tuesday on Route 34 near Route 30.
- Julie Garcia, 19, of Aurora was charged with driving on a suspended license and the unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor shortly before 10 p.m. on Route 34.
- Erik Drew, 20, of 708 Hanover Court in Oswego was charged with retail theft for allegedly stealing from the Meijer on Route 34 shortly after 5 p.m. Tuesday.
