Man Exposes Himself in Parking Lot: Police Blotter

Tuesday, Feb. 12

Public exposure

Oswego Police responded to a report of a man who publicly exposed himself at 8 p.m. in a parking lot in the 3000 block of Route 34. A complainant reported a white male age 25-30 that “exposed himself “ to the complainant in the parking lot. The suspect was driving a vehicle described as an older, four-door “beater” sedan, dark in color.

Warrant

Tyler J. Nielson, 19, of the 400 block of Monroe Street, Oswego, was arrested at 2:24 p.m. at his residence and charged with a warrant, said Oswego police.

No valid driver’s license

  • Regino Salas-Carrillo, 30, of the 3600 block of West 81st Place, Chicago, was arrested at 11:55 a.m. at Orchard and Mill and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police. He was also charged with speeding and having no insurance.
  • Made Barrios-Martinez, 45, of the 2400 block of South 53rd Avenue, Cicero, was arrested at 3:23 p.m. at Douglas and Old Post Road and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police.

Monday, Feb. 11

Driving with revoked license

Jennifer R. Romero, 33, of the 100 block of Tealwood Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:21 p.m. at Longbeach and Douglas and charged for driving with a revoked license, said Oswego Police.

Theft

Oswego police took a report of a theft that occurred at an unknown time in the 100 block of Kirkland Circle.

Sunday, Feb. 10

No valid driver’s license

Kim L. Isaacs, 41, of the 100 block of Seton Creek, Oswego, was arrested at 3:05 a.m. at Old Post Road and Wollmington and charged for driving without a valid license and no insurance, said Oswego police.

Domestic battery

Kofi A. Asamoah, 45, of the 700 block of Pomfret Court, Oswego, was arrested at 8:00 p.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said Oswego police.

Hit and run

Oswego police took a report of a hit and run accident that occurred at an unknown time in the 0-99 block of Stonehill Road. An unknown vehicle struck a parked vehicle.

Saturday, Feb. 9

DUI

David C. Barnes, 23, of the 200 block of Bluegrass, Oswego, was arrested at 12:25 a.m. at Routes 34 and 71 and charged with driving under the influence, illegal transportation of alcohol and improper lane usage/following too closely, said Oswego police.

Friday, Feb. 8

Failure to appear warrant

A female juvenile, 17, was arrested at 9:17 a.m. at Route 34 and Douglas and charged with a failure to appear warrant, said Oswego police.

Theft

Oswego police are investigating a reported theft that occurred at 10:52 a.m. in the 100 block of Kirkland Circle. Under $15,000 was reported stolen.

Thursday, Feb. 7

Domestic battery, obstructing justice, resisting arrest

Miles V.  Soliveres, 20, of the 100 block of Eisenhower Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 10:56 p.m. in the 100 block of Eisenhower Drive and charged with domestic battery, obstruction of justice and resisting arrest, said Oswego police.

No valid driver’s license

Carlos M. Juarez-Escalente, 31, of the 0-99 block of Mill Street, Montgomery, was arrested at 3:10 p.m. at Orchard Road and Galena and charged for driving without a valid license, said Oswego police.

Warrant

  • David P. Ryan, 29, of the 400 block of Treasure Drive, Oswego, was arrested at 8:50 a.m. at his residence and charged with a failure to appear warrant, said Oswego police.
  • Kimberly S. Dobyns, 44, of the 300 block of Judith Circle, Oswego, was arrested at 9:15 a.m. at Wiesbrook and Douglas and charged with an in-state warrant as well as driving on a suspended license, said Oswego police.
