Oswego Police Department Offers Basic Women's Self-Defense Class

Space is limited to first 16 participants.

The following is from a release provided by the Oswego Police Department:

The Oswego Police Department will be offering a class on “Basic Women’s Self Defense and Awareness” on Saturday, November 17, 2012 in the downstairs training room at the Oswego Police Department at 3525 US Route 34.  

The session will run from 11:00 AM until 2:00 PM with a maximum of 16 participants allowed.

The pre-registration deadline is Wednesday November 14, 2012.  Participants need to provide their name, phone number and number of those wishing to attend.  

Participants need to be at least 16 years old and will be required to sign a waiver of release form. Participants should wear comfortable clothing and tennis shoes. With a maximum of 16 participants we encourage anyone interested to call early. Similar classes offered in the past have been filled to capacity.
