Oswego Police, Fire Dept. to Conduct Emergency Drill at Oswego East

Drill in area of OEHS, Plank Junior High, is set for Friday, June 6.

Expect to see emergency vehicles at Oswego East High School, 1525 Harvey Road, next week.

On Friday, June 6,  the Oswego Fire Department, Oswego Police Department, Oswego 308 School District, as well as area hospitals, will be collectively participating in a training exercise to test our ability to handle critical incidents as a collaborative group of first responders.  

The training event is scheduled for 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Residents may see a large number of fire and police personnel from local and neighboring communities in the area of Plank Jr. High School, as well as Oswego East High School.  

This exercise should not affect traffic flow on any Village roadways.
