Oswego Township Drug Bust Leads to Prison Term

Arrest make on Light Road in October.

An Aurora man convicted for selling ecstasy pills to undercover Kendall County investigators near Oswego has been sentenced to seven years in prison.

Denzell, Terrell, 18, pleaded guilty last week to unlawful delivery of a controlled substance after selling the drug to officers in the 100 block of Light Road in Oswego Township in October.

Kendall County State's Attorney Eric Weis commended the work of the Kendall County Cooperative Police Assistance Team that made the arrest.

“Their hard work continues to send a message that selling illegal drugs like Ecstacy in Kendall County will not be tolerated,” Weis said.

Terrell will be required to serve two years of mandatory supervised release after his prison term.
