Oswego Woman Found Dead at South Suburban Sybaris

Frankfort police say the death of a 53-year-old woman in a pool room at the hotel chain doesn't look suspicious.

Frankfort police are investigating the death of an Oswego woman found Friday morning in her room at Sybaris Pool Suites in Frankfort, according to a police press release.

"At this time, nothing appears to be suspicious," the release stated.

Police responded to a death investigation at the hotel, 7500 W. Lincoln Hwy., around 9 a.m. Friday, according to the report. Although police did not release information about the woman, the Chicago Tribune is reporting that she was a 53-year-old Oswego resident. Police have not named the woman.

Despite the incident, it's "business as usual," hotel manager Fernando Murguia told Patch on Friday night.

Murguia said police did not give him much information about the woman's death. Citing company policy on guest confidentiality, Murguia could not release the woman's name or information about the woman.
