May 5A resident in the 0-100 block of Briarcliff Road in unincorporated Montgomery reported a hit and run accident after a vehicle reportedly fell off a tow truck and damaged property in her front yard. The victim said the tow truck driver left the area without exchanging his complete information with her.
May 6Antoine Jackson, 32, of the 100 block of Dolores Street, unincorporated Oswego, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with domestic battery after deputies responded to a report of a domestic battery at the home. A female resident at the home reported that she was punched in the head, resulting in a laceration and swelling of the face, police said.
