Wednesday, Nov. 7

Retail theft

Shavon W. Breckenridge, 19, of the 1700 block of Middlebury Drive, Aurora, was arrested at 12:44 p.m. in the 2700 block of Route 34 and charged with retail theft, said Oswego police.

No valid driver’s license

Arnulfo N. Carrillo, 20, of the 400 block of Grapevine Trail, was arrested at 8:56 a.m. at Grapevine Trail ad Concord Drive and charged with driving without a valid driver’s license, said Oswego police.

In-state warrant

Jared C. Johnson, 27, of the 900 block of Montgomery Road, Montgomery, was arrested at 8:45 p.m. at Route 34 and Kendall Point Drive and charged with an in-state warrant, said Oswego police.

Tuesday, Nov. 6

DUI

William G. Zarbol, 54, of the 0-99 block of Spring Meadow, Williamsville, New York, was arrested at 7:30 p.m. at Madison and Douglas and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol with a blood alcohol level greater than 0.08, said Oswego police.

Failure to appear warrant

Joshua W. Lehman, 35, of the 300 block of South Madison, was arrested at 7:01 p.m. at his residence for a failure to appear warrant, said Oswego police.

Theft

Oswego police responded to a reported theft that occurred between Nov. 2 and Nov. 6 at a business in the 0-99 block of Stonehill Road. $500 worth of scrap metal was reportedly stolen from a parking lot.

Vehicle Theft

Oswego police are investigating a report of a vehicle that was stolen on Monday, Nov. 5 around 11:00 p.m. from the Meijer parking lot. The driver was inside the store and said the vehicle was stolen by two male suspects.

Damage to property

Oswego police responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at 4:51 p.m. in the 300 block of McGrath. Someone had spray painted a garage door, resulting in $200 worth of damage.

Sunday, Nov. 4

In-state warrant

Reginald O. Hall, 48, of the 600 block of Springdale Trail North, was arrested at 11:05 a.m. at Douglas and Farmington Lakes and charged with an in-state warrant, said Oswego police.

Saturday, Nov. 3

Dog bite

Oswego police responded to a reported dog bite that occurred at 4:14 p.m. in the 200 block of Fox Chase Drive North. The victim was reported injured but not transported to a hospital.

Friday, Nov. 2

Underage possession of alcohol, retail theft

Anthony W. Hislop, 18, of the 0-99 block of Winterhill, Montgomery, was arrested at 4:00 a.m. in the 2300 Route 34 and charged with underage possession of alcohol and retail theft, said Oswego police.

Retail theft

Two female juveniles, 16 and 17, were arrested at 7:15 p.m. in the 2300 block of Route 34 and charged with retail theft, said Oswego police. $60 was reported stolen.

Battery, disorderly conduct

Two male juveniles, 16 and 17, were arrested at 10:50 a.m. at Oswego High School. The 16-year-old juvenile was charged with disorderly conduct and obstructing a peace officer and the 17-year-old juvenile was charged with battery and disorderly conduct, said Oswego police.

Thursday, Nov. 1

Criminal damage to vehicle

Oswego police responded to a reported criminal damage to a vehicle that occurred sometime between 5:00 p.m. on Oct. 31 and 6:15 a.m. on Nov. 1 in the 300 block of Monroe Street. A window on a truck was reported broken.

In-state warrant

Aaron W. Brown, 30, of the 800 block of View Street, Aurora, was arrested at 11:15 a.m. at Fernwood and Douglas and charged with an in-state warrant, said Oswego police.

Theft and forgery

Oswego police took a report for a theft and forgery that occurred at Kensington and Fifth Street at 5:15 p.m.
