Possession of cannabis

Manuel Valdez, 20, of the 100 block of Heathgate, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:13 p.m. at Washington and Harrison and charged with the possession of cannabis less than 2.5 grams, said Oswego police.

Tuesday, Nov. 13

No valid driver’s license

Kathleen K. Vilian, 54, of the 1200 block of Andrew Street was arrested at 10:45 p.m. at Route 71 and Liberty and charged with driving without a valid license, said Oswego police.

Sunday, Nov. 11

Damage to property

Police responded to a report of a damage accident that occurred at 7:46 a.m. at Douglas and Barnaby. A vehicle had swerved off the road a stuck a fire hydrant, causing $1,500 in damages.

Domestic battery

Ronald D. Coy, 60, of the 200 block of Ashley Court, was arrested at 9:14 a.m. at his residence and charged with domestic battery, said Oswego police.

Thursday, Nov. 8

Failure to appear warrant

Oscar E. Abaran, 18, of the 900 block of Charles, Aurora, was arrested at 10:48 p.m. at Route 30 and Douglas and charged with two failure to appear warrants out of the Aurora Police Department and driving with a suspended license, said Oswego police.

Theft

Oswego police responded to a reported theft that occurred sometime between 8 p.m. on Nov. 5 and 3 p.m. on Nov. 7 in the 1200 block of Douglas Road. Someone used a victim’s debit card to withdraw $10 of cash from an ATM. The card had been lost earlier.
