Retail theft
Stacey Ward, 32, 15 Spencer St., Aurora was charged with retail theft at about 9:15 p.m. March 4 after trying to steal about $80 worth of merchandise from Oswego Walmart, 2300 Route 34, according to Oswego Police reports. She was given an April 8 court date.
Marijuana possession
A 16-year-old Montgomery juvenile was charged with possession of marijuana March 3 at Harvey and Wolf roads, according to Oswego Police reports.

Drug possession
Ashlee Martin, 19, 607 North Ave., Aurora was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia along with a 13-year-old Aurora boy, who was charged with paraphernalia and marijuana possession, at about 1:35 p.m. March 2 after the two were stopped at Route 34 and Heritage Drive, according to Oswego Police reports. Martin was given an April 8 court date.
Gun possession
Guy R .Davis, 50, 27 W. Van Buren St., Oswego, was charged with possession of a firearm without a FOID card and possession of ammunition without a FOID card at about 3:45 p.m. March 1 at his home, according to Oswego Police reports. Davis was given an April 8 court date.

Marijuana possession
Alajandro Camacho, 23, 1440 Brittany Court, Oswego, was charged with possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia at about 12:30 p.m. March 1 after he was was stopped at Douglas and Old Post roads, according to Oswego Police reports. He as given a March 23 court date.
