DUI, obstructing police officer
Mark A. Kaye, 46, of 438 Sudbury Circle in Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence, obstructing a police officer and resisting a police officer at about midnight Jan. 15 at Route 71 and Washington Street, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a Feb. 24 court date.

Stacey Hocking, 20, 30 Wingate Drive in Oswego, was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 2:40 a.m. Jan. 15 at Orchard Road and Lewis Street, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report.

Theft at OHS

Two Oswego High School students were charged with theft of mislaid property at about 5:45 p.m. Jan. 13 at the school, according to an Oswego police report. The boys, 16 and 17, were released to their parents. What was stolen was not reported, but the value was placed at $80.
Possession of drug paraphernalia
Emmanuel Carrillo, 19, of Oswego, and Coleton Mastick, 18, of Aurora, were charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:45 p.m. Jan. 13 at Douglas and Saugatuck roads, according to the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office.
Domestic battery
A 14-year-old Oswego boy was charged with domestic battery and criminal damage to property at about 8:30 p.m. Jan. 13 in the first block of Leisure Lane in Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report.
