DUI, improper lane usage

Judy K. Swick, 58, of the 600 block of Woodchuck Trail, was arrested at 7:57 p.m. outside her house and charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage, said the .

No valid driver’s license

Rito Munoz, 34, of the 700 block of New York, Aurora, was arrested at 7:32 p.m. at Carnation and Paradise and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said Oswego police.

Sunday, Sept.2

Residential theft

Oswego police responded to a report of a residential theft that occurred at 11:55 p.m. in the 400 block of Terrace Lane. A suspect reportedly entered an open garage and removed a case of beer, valued at $15, from the garage refrigerator. Oswego police are investigating.

Oswego police responded to a report of a residential burglary that occurred sometime between Aug. 21 and Aug. 28 in the 400 block of Valentine Way. Several items were reported stolen.  

Saturday, Sept. 1

Austin H. Willman, 20, of the 400 block of Badger Lane, was arrested at 9:35 p.m. at Coyote Court and Fox Chase Drive and charged with driving under the influence, fleeing and eluding, improper lane use, speeding over 40 mph of posted speed limit, illegal transportation of alcohol, illegal possession of alcohol and no lights, said Oswego police.

Obstructing a police officer, disorderly conduct

Mark W. Buerbet, 45, of the 700 block of Cooper Court East, Aurora, was arrested at 2:10 a.m. in the 1500 block of Douglas Road and charged with obstructing a police officer and disorderly conduct, said Oswego police.

Criminal trespass, resisting arrest

Kindrick Illiott, 37, of the 1300 block of Golden Oaks, Aurora, was arrested at 8:10 a.m. in the 200 block of Springbrook Trail South and charged with criminal trespass and resisting arrest, said Oswego police.

Driving with license suspended, operating a vehicle with suspended registration, no insurance

Sondra K. Fried, 23, of the 1800 block of McClure Road, Aurora, was arrested at 9:32 a.m. and charged with driving with a suspended license, operating a vehicle with suspended registration and having no insurance, said Oswego police.

Criminal trespass, retail theft

Anthony M. Krause, 24, of the 700 block of Liberty Dive, Wheaton, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. at Rt. 34 and Douglas and charged with criminal trespass and retail theft from a Meijer, said Oswego police. Approximately $10.15 was reported stolen.

Theft

Oswego police responded to a report of a theft that occurred at an unknown time between Aug. 31 and 12:44 p.m. Sept. 1 at the 120 block of Springbrook Trails. A metal flower hanger with a flag valued at $20 was stolen, police are investigating.

Friday, Aug. 31

Unlawful possession and consumption of alcohol

Jake E. Smith, 18, of the 200 block of Parkside, was arrested at 2:14 a.m. at Route 34 and Orchard Road and charged with the unlawful possession of alcohol, unlawful consumption of alcohol and permitting a driver to drive while driving under the influence, said Oswego police.

DUI, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid driver’s license, improper lane usage, speeding, unlawful consumption and possession of alcohol

A juvenile, 17, was arrested at 2:33 a.m. at Route 34 and Orchard and charged with driving under the influence, possession of drug paraphernalia, no valid driver’s license, improper lane usage, speeding, unlawful consumption and possession of alcohol, said Oswego police.

Thursday, Aug. 30

Burglary to motor vehicle

Oswego police responded to a report of a car burglary that occurred sometime between 5 p.m. Aug. 29 and 2 a.m. on Aug. 30 in the 200 block of Paradise Parkway. Approximately $300 worth of items were removed from the unlocked car.

Oswego police responded to a report of a car burglary that occurred sometime overnight in the 400 block of Prairieview. A GPS valued at $200 was taken from an unlocked car.

DUI, speeding, improper lane usage

Ashley N. Cooley, 26, of the 400 block of Gloria, was arrested at 9:21 a.m. at Route 34 and Boulder Hill Pass and charged with driving under the influence, improper lane usage and speeding, said Oswego police.

No valid driver’s license

Uriel Correa, 19, of the 700 west block of Harmitage, Chicago, was arrested at 11:55 p.m. at Rt. 30 and Goodwin and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said Oswego police.

Belizario Garcia, 24, of the 600 block of Union St., Aurora, was arrested at 10:45 p.m. at Rt. 30 and Lincoln Station Dr. and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said Oswego police. He was also charged with the improper display of registration.

Fraudulent prescriptions

Oswego police responded to a report of a stolen prescription number at 10:43 a.m. at Orchard and Route 34 that has resulted in fraudulent prescriptions being obtained.

Driving with license suspended, no seatbelt

Michael A. Lemier, 29, of the 2500 block of 3909 Road., Sheridan, was arrested at 10:21 a.m. at Washington and S. Adams and charged with driving with a suspended license and no seatbelt, said Oswego police.

Deceptive practice

Oswego police are investigating an incident of deceptive practice that occurred at an unknown time on Aug. 30 at Fuller and Madison. The incident resulted in several bad checks being written.

Criminal trespass to residence and vehicle

Oswego police took a report of an incident of a criminal trespass to both a residence and vehicle that occurred somewhere between 8:00 p.m. on August 29 and 7:00 a.m. on August 30  in the 400 block of Prairieview.

Wednesday, Aug. 29

Criminal trespass, burglary to motor vehicle

Oswego police responded to a report of a criminal trespass and burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred at 11 p.m. in the 200 block of Paradise Parkway. The case is under investigation.

Tuesday, Aug. 28

Possession of drug paraphernalia

A male juvenile, 17, of Montgomery, was arrested at 11:30 a.m. in the 1500 block of Harvey Road and charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia, said Oswego police.

Burglary to motor vehicle

Oswego police responded to a report of a burglary from an unlocked car that occurred at an unknown time in the 400 block of Highland Court. Police are investigating.

Oswego police responded to a report of a burglary from a car that occurred at an unknown time in the 300 block of Litchfield. A wallet with approximately $280 was reported stolen, police are investigating.  

Monday, Aug. 27

Theft

Oswego police responded to a report of a theft at Oswego High School that occurred around 3:42 a.m. Three subjects reportedly broke down a door and stole six Apple computers, valued around $9000. The case is under investigation.
