Monday, Aug. 20

Driving with suspended license, warrant

Eddie V. White, 28, of the 0-99 block of Rocky Way, Montgomery, was arrested at 10 p.m. at Seton and Old Post and charged with driving with a suspended license, having no plate light and a warrant, said

Nicole R. Barry, 25, of the 400 block of Dayward Court, Aurora, was arrested at 10:15 p.m. at Douglas and Fernwood and charged with driving with a suspended license, said Oswego police.

Saturday, Aug. 18

Unlawful consumption of alcohol, in-state warrant

Marco A. Recendiz, 19, of the 2700 block of Emma, Aurora, and Troy A. Bearden, 18, of the 2400 block of Oakdale, Aurora, were arrested at Route 34 and Route 30 and charged with the unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, said Oswego police. Bearden was also charged with an in-state warrant for trespassing.

Friday, Aug. 17

Failure to appear warrant

Daniel Gonzalez, 22, of the 100 block of Tealwood, Montgomery, was arrested at 9:20 a.m. at Route 30 and Townes Crossing and charged with a failure to appear warrant, said Oswego police.

No valid driver’s license, no insurance

Luis M. Gutierrez, 20, of the 700 block of Hammond Drive, Aurora, was arrested at 12:29 p.m. at Fernwood Rd. and E. Merchants Drive and charged with having no valid driver’s license and no insurance, said Oswego police. He was also cited for not wearing a seat belt.

Possession of Cannabis

A male juvenile, 17, was arrested at 10:50 p.m. at Route 30 and Goodwin and charged with the possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana, said Oswego police.

In-state warrant

Jordan Hughes, 18, of the 100 block of Bluff Street, Aurora, was at 10:50 p.m. at Route 30 and Goodwin and charged with an in-state warrant, said Oswego police.

Thursday, Aug. 16

Theft from a vehicle

Oswego Police are investigating a report of burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred sometime before 9:46 a.m. at Grays Drive and Pearces Ford.

Oswego Police responded to a report of theft from a vehicle at 8:09 a.m. at the 200 block of Wolmington Drive. The theft occurred sometime between 8:30 p.m. on Wednesday to 6:30 a.m. Thursday. $80 worth of items was stolen from the center console, and Oswego police are still investigating.  

License revoked, in-state warrant

Sandro A. Leal, 29, of the 1300 block of 4th Street, Herora, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. at Douglas and Route 30 and charged with driving with a revoked license and an in-state warrant, according to Oswego police.

Driving with suspended license

Lamont R. Harris, 19, of the 100 block of Black Hawk, Aurora, was arrested at 1:22 a.m. at Douglas and Farmington Lakes and charged with driving with a suspended license, said Oswego police. He was also cited for having no registration plate light.

No valid driver’s license

A male juvenile, 17, of the 700 block of Fourth Street, Aurora, was arrested at 7:05 p.m. at Douglas and Old Post and charged with having no valid driver’s license, said Oswego police.

Residential Burglary

Oswego Police responded to a report of a residential bulgarly that occurred in the 300 block of Morgan Valley Drive sometime between Tuesday, Aug. 14 and Thursday, Aug. 16 at 6:00 p.m. Oswego Police are still investigating.

Wednesday, Aug. 15

Possession of Cannabis

Scott Kaegebein, 24, of the 500 block of Northgate Circle, was arrested at 10:53 p.m. at Northgate and Northgate Circle and charged with the possession of marijuana of more than 10 grams and less than 30 grams, according to Oswego police.

Driving with suspended license

Natalie Perez, 19, of the 0-99 block of Seton Creek, was arrested at 9:10 p.m. at Route 34 and Heritage and charged with driving with a suspended license, according to Oswego police.

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Two male juveniles, both 15, were arrested at 4:15 p.m. at the 4000 block of Plainfield Rd. and charged with possession of drug paraphernalia, said Oswego police.

Tuesday, Aug. 14

Theft from a vehicle

Oswego Police responded to a report of theft from a vehicle at 3 p.m. at Park Street and Jefferson. A pair of sunglasses and $40 was reportedly stolen.

Oswego Police responded to a report of theft from a vehicle at 3:26 p.m. at the 0-99 block of Stonehill. Items valued at $870 were reported missing and police are still investigating.

No valid license or insurance

Maria D. Gonzalez-Ibarra, 29, of the 300 block of North Avenue, Aurora, was arrested at 2:30 p.m. at Route 31 and River Run and charged with having no valid driver’s license, no insurance and speeding, said Oswego police.
