Underage drinking
A juvenile girl was charged with no valid driver’s license and another was charged with illegal consumption of alcohol at about 2 a.m. Sunday at Linden Drive and Liszka Lane, according to an Oswego police report. The two were given an Aug. 29 court date.
Marijuana possession
Andrew M. Banaski, 19, of Joliet, was charged with no valid driver’s license, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about midnight Saturday in the 4500 block of Route 71, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a Sept. 2 court date.
Retail theft
Brandon P. Taylor, 20, of Naperville, was charged with retail theft and obstructing a police officer at about 1 a.m. Saturday at Oswego Walmart, according to an Oswego police report. Taylor is accused of taking less than $300 in merchandise, the report said. He was given an Aug. 26 court date. A 16-year-old was also charged with retail theft at the same time. He was also given an Aug. 26 court date.

Domestic battery
Albert Terriquez, of Chicago, was charged with domestic battery at about 9:40 a.m. Friday in the 200 block of Clubhouse Lane, according to an Oswego police report. He was taken to Kendall County Jail and a court date was not available.
Domestic battery
Janine Williams, 35, of 31 Primrose Ave. in Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 1:30 a.m. Friday at her home, according to an Oswego police report. She was taken to the Kendall County Jail.

Theft
A 52-year-old Aurora woman reported the theft of her cell phone and cash from her purse as she shopped at Jewel on Orchard Road at about 7:35 a.m. July 21, according to an Oswego police report. No value estimate was given on the items.
Retail theft
An employee of Bed, Bath and Beyond reported someone stole about $4,300 in merchandise from the store sometime before 2:30 p.m. July 21, according to an Oswego police report. The theft is pending further investigation.
Road rage
A Plano woman was driving in the area of Route 34 and Route 31 at about 7:45 p.m. July 19 when an unknown driver got out of her vehicle, hit an occupant of the vehicle and ran into the Plano woman’s car with her own car, according to an Oswego police report. No one was injured, and the incident is under investigation.
