Oswego area police reports March 15-20

Sunday, March 20

Underage drinking

Bryan Cope, 20, of 523 River St., Montgomery, Bobby Grissom, 20, of 316 Howell Place, Aurora, and Nicole Poole, 20, of Pueblo Road, Montgomery were all charged with consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 2:45 a.m. Sunday at AmericInn, 1550 Douglas Road, according to an Oswego Police report.

Theft

An employee of Premier Gymnastics, 2006 Mitchell Drive, Oswego, reported someone broke into the businesses sometime before 8:30 a.m. Sunday, according to an Oswego Police report. A value of the items stolen from the business was not given.

DUI

Kaily DeBlock, 35, of the 0-99 block of Delango, Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence and driving without insurance at about 2:30 a.m. Sunday, according to an Oswego Police report. She was given an April 5 court date.

Saturday, March 19

Credit card fraud


A resident in the 700 block of Churchill Lane reported to Oswego Police on Saturday that $1,045 worth or unauthorized charges were made to his credit card sometime after March 16.

Marijuana possession

Vianca Calderon, 22, of 1004 Liberty St., Aurora was charged with possession of marijuana at about 2:15 a.m. Saturday after being stopped at Routes 30 and 34, according to an Oswego Police report. No court date was given.

Marijuana possession

John J. Chambers, 20, of the 100 block of Ashlawn Avenue in Oswego, was arrested around 6 p.m. March 15 in the 1800 block of High Grove Lane, Naperville Police said. He was charged with criminal trespassing, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia. His bail was set at $120.
