Police Blotter: Car Stolen from Meijer Parking Lot, DUI Arrests

Kelly Ortega, 28, of the 1800 block of Broch Way, Montgomery, was arrested by Oswego police at Washington Street and Route 71 and charged with DUI and improper stopping on the roadway, police said. 

Joseph Hames, 23, of the 24000 block of Main Street, Plainfield, was arrested by Oswego police at Grove and Reservation roads and charged with DUI, improper lane use and leaving the scene of an accident, according to police reports. He was also booked on an in-state warrant, police said. James was not injured in the incident, police said.

Police are investigating the report of a Hyundai Santa Fe stolen from the parking lot at Meijer, 2700 Route 34, according to Oswego police reports.
