DUI
James R. Luttrell, 54, of Sandwich, was charged with driving under the influence, improper turn and failure to signal at about 11 p.m. Monday at Route 34 and Osage Court, according to an report. He was given a Nov. 11 court date.
Bike stolen

Oswego Police are investigating a case of a stolen boys bicycle from the 200 block of Loradale Avenue at about 4:40 p.m. Monday. The bike was valued at about $80.
TV taken

Someone walked out of a store in the 3000 block of Route 34 with a 32-inch television without paying for it at about 3:40 p.m. Monday, according to an Oswego Police report. No value was given on the TV.
Marijuana possession
A 17-year-old Oswego boy was charged with unlawful possession of marijuana at about midnight Sunday at Fifth Street and Route 34, according to an Oswego Police report. No court date was listed in the report.
Sunday, Oct. 9
Theft to vehicle
Oswego Police are investigating a theft to a vehicle that occurred between 2 and 5 p.m. Sunday in the 2000 block of Route 34. Value of items lost in the theft was estimated at about $50.
Battery
Juan Padilla, of Montgomery, was charged with battery and criminal damage to property after an incident that took place at about 11:20 a.m. Sunday in the 300 block of Chicago Road, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given an Oct. 26 court date.
Friday, Oct. 7
DUI
Matthew Dale, 20, 300 Badger Court, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence, no insurance and improper signal at about 3 a.m. Friday at Mill Road and Gates Creek, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given a Nov. 4 court date.
Copper stolen
An employee of Town and Country Homes reported about $4,000 worth of copper pipe was stolen from a home under construction in the 4000 block of Butler Street sometime before 7:30 a.m. Friday, according to an Oswego Police report. The incident is under investigation.
