Domestic battery
A 17-year-old female from the 600 block of Charlotte Lane was charged with domestic battery at about 7:10 p.m. Tuesday on Charlotte Lane, according to an Oswego police report. No other details were available and a court date was not given in the report.

Friday, April 15

Theft at Traughber Junior High
Oswego police are investigating the theft of an item valued at about $249 from a student's locker at Traughber Junior High sometime between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. April 15, according to an Oswego police report. No other information was available.

Wednesday, April 13

iPod stolen
A 17-year-old Oswego woman had her iPod Touch stolen from her car while it was parked in the Oswego Walmart parking lot at about 6 p.m. April 13, according to an Oswego police report. The report said the car’s window was left open. The value of the iPod was listed at about $240.

Sexual abuse investigation at OHS
Oswego police are investigating a report of a criminal sexual abuse to a 15-year-old that occurred in the parking lot of Oswego High School after school hours April 8, according to Oswego Police Department media relations officer Rob Sherwood. The incident was reported to police April 13, and the investigation is ongoing.

Tuesday, April 12

DUI
Damon J. Bice, 36, 313 Ash Grove Lane, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use at about noon April 12 at Fox Chase Drive and Mill Road, according to Oswego police reports. He was given a May 27 court date.

Marijuana possession
Katherine Villapardo, 18, 422 S. Madison St., was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia and possession of marijuana at about 1 p.m. April 12 at Oswego High School, according to an Oswego police report. She was given an April 27 court date.
