Cell phone taken

A woman from Putnam reported to that her son’s cell phone was taken during an after-school function at at about 5 p.m. Tuesday. The value of the phone is estimated at $350.

Reckless driving

Daniel Perez, 22, of Minooka, was charged with reckless driving at about 10:20 a.m. Tuesday at Douglas and Saugatuck roads, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. He was also ticketed with speeding, following too closely and illegal lane use.

DUI

Kristin Mikula, 23, of Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence and disobeying a traffic control device at about 4 a.m. April 15 at Route 30 and Goodwin Drive, Oswego police reports said. She was given a May 11 court date.

Domestic battery

Matthew White, 40, of Montgomery, was charged with domestic battery at about 1:50 a.m. Sunday at 31 Chatham Place in Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. No other information was available.

Saturday, April 14

Marijuana possession

Andrew Aguirre, 19, of 170 Chicago Road, Oswego, was charged with possession of marijuana at about 10:30 p.m. April 14 at Prairieview Lane and Prairieview Court, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a May 11 court date.

Domestic battery

Cordez Mullen, 39, of 87 Park St., Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 4:30 a.m. April 14 at his home, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a May 11 court date.

Friday, April 13

Hit and run

The Kendall County Sheriff’s Office is investigating a possible hit-and-run that occurred at 4 a.m. in the intersection of Route 31 and Caterpillar Drive. A vehicle might have struck a traffic light, knocking it into the intersection, police said.

Underage drinking

Two 17-year-old boys, one from Aurora and one from Oswego, were charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol after a traffic stop related to speeding at 11:41 p.m. on Winrock Road at Fernwood Road in Boulder Hill, the Kendall County Sheriff’s Office said. The driver was also charged with speeding and violating the zero tolerance law, police said.
