Monday, June 25

Drunken driving

Robert Molitor, 37, of the 600 block of Belmont Avenue in Oswego, was charged with drunken driving after a traffic stop at 12:15 a.m. on Route 34 at Route 30, Oswego police said. Molitor was also charged with speeding, police said.

Bethany LaRossa, 30, of the 200 block of Monroe Street in Oswego, was injured in a two-car crash at 4:30 p.m. on Orchard Road at Route 34, Oswego police said. LaRossa was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, and no further information was available.

Criminal trespass

Tyler Zolfer, of the 0-99 block of Fernwood Road in Montgomery, was charged with criminal trespass to property at 8:20 p.m. in the 2300 block of Route 34, Oswego police said.

Saturday, June 23

Fuel up, drive off

Someone stole gas from a Shell station at 1190 Route 34 at 5:50 p.m., Oswego police said. Gas station employees provided a license plate, and Oswego police are investigating.

Stolen laptop, iPad

Someone entered a home in the 2000 block of Farmington Lakes Drive and stole a laptop and an iPad with a total value of $1,900 sometime before 5:54 p.m., Oswego police said.

Drinking and stealing

A 17-year-old boy was charged with retail theft and underage possession of alcohol at 8:40 p.m. in the 2300 block of Route 34, Oswego police said.

Fuel up, drive off again

Someone stole $51.90 in gas from a Shell station at 1190 Route 34 at 9:03 p.m, Oswego police said.

Friday, June 22

Purse snatcher

Someone entered an unlocked car parked in the 500 block of Treasure Drive and stole a purse valued at $100 sometime before 3:47 p.m., Oswego police said.

Thursday, June 21

Theft from home

Someone stole an iPod, a debit card and an undisclosed amount of cash, with a total value of $165, from a home in the 0-99 block of Adams Street sometime before 2 a.m., Oswego police said.

Car vs. bicycle

John DiFrancesco, 16, of the 100 block of Bradford Court in Oswego, was injured when a car struck his bicycle at 7:13 p.m. in the crosswalk on Madison Street at Jefferson Street, Oswego police said. DiFrancesco was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center in Aurora, and no further information was available.

Charles Logue, 46, of Cleveland, Ohio, was charged with criminal trespass to land in the 0-99 block of Fifth Street at 8:27 p.m., Oswego police said.

Wednesday, June 20

Stolen moments

Paulanne Eady, 39, of the 0-99 block of Redhawk Court in Oswego, was charged with retail theft after attempting to steal $53.40 in merchandise from the Dominick’s store on Douglas Road at 8:45 p.m., Oswego police said.
