Oswego police are investigating the theft of a bicycle left unattended at Jackson and Ashland streets, according to police reports.

Someone defaced a garage door at a home under construction in the 300 block of Wolverine Drive, Oswego police said.

Tracy Ishmon, 41, of the 700 block of Liberty, Wheaton, was arrested at Walmart, 2300 Route 34, and charged with retail theft and possession of drug paraphernalia, Oswego police said.

Someone sprayed graffiti on a bridge rail at Mustang and Chestnut streets, Oswego police said.

Sokdee Xayariboun, 18, of the 0-100 block of Woodridge, Montgomery, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with assault, police said.

A resident in the 0-100 block of Pueblo, unincorporated Montgomery, told Kendall County Sheriff's police he was trading remote control cars with a subject on Facebook. The victim sent his car to the subject, but he did not receive a car in trade. There are currently no suspects, police said.

Michael Corcoran, 45, of the 8000 block of Van Emmon Road, unincorporated Yorkville, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with disorderly conduct after a reported dispute over a propane tank at Hide Away Lakes Campground, 8045 Van Emmon Road. Sheriff's police responded to the reported dispute and left after it was resolved, only to return after Corcoran reportedly caused a disturbance, police said.
