Marijuana possession

Christopher R. Farmakis, 19, 159 Heathgate Road, Montgomery, was charged with possession of marijuana at about 1:20 p.m. Monday at Pearces Ford Road and Waubonsee Circle, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given a June 14 court date.

Sunday, May 8

Theft from a vehicle

Oswego Police were called to the 300 block of Essex Drive on Sunday for a report of a burglary to a motor vehicle. Taken were a GPS unit, sunglasses and a phone charger. According to the police report, the vehicle was unlocked. The value of the items was pegged at about $300.

Saturday, May 7

Garage tagged with graffiti

Oswego Police are investigating a case of criminal damage to property in the 300 block of Bluegrass Parkway that occurred sometime before 8:15 a.m. Saturday. According to a police report, someone spray-painted graffiti on the garage door of the home.

Residential burglary

Oswego Police are investigating a residential burglary that took place sometime before 6:15 p.m. Thursday in the 200 block of West Washington Street. No further details were made available.

May 3

Marijuana possession

Reginald E. Cowles, 25, 520 N. Iowa Ave., Aurora, was charged with possession  of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and improper lane usage at about 9:40 p.m. May 3, at Route 30 and Goodwin Drive, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given a June 8 court date.

Paraphernalia possession

Daniel CE Davis, 18, 1370 Mononomy Drive, Aurora, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia at about 11:50 p.m. May 3 at East Merchants Drive and Fernwood Road, according to an Oswego Police report. No court date information was given.
