Robert Larsen, 22, of the 2900 block of Boone, Joliet, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with hit and run and driving without a valid license after a one-car crash on Plainfield Road. Police said at around 12:13 a.m. Larsen's vehicle left the roadway east of Schlapp Road and overturned. When officers arrived, Larsen was no longer on the scene of the crash. He later came to the Kendall County Sheriff's office to complete a crash report and was found not to have a valid license, police said.

They are a record of police actions on a given day, and persons charged with a crime are presumed innocent until proven guilty in court.
