Police Blotter: Hit and Run, Drug Paraphernalia

Arrests, incidents reported by police.

June 11

Raymond D. King, 18, of the 0-100 block of Winchester Circle, Warrenville, was arrested by Oswego police at Fifth Street and Route 30 and charged with unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, police said.

An Oswego man reported $243.95 in fraudulent charges on his credit card, police said.

June 10

Robert Larsen, 22, of the 2900 block of Boone, Joliet, was arrested by Kendall County Sheriff's police and charged with hit and run and driving without a valid license after a one-car crash on Plainfield Road. Police said at around 12:13 a.m. Larsen's vehicle left the roadway east of Schlapp Road and overturned. When officers arrived, Larsen was no longer on the scene of the crash. He later came to the Kendall County Sheriff's office to complete a crash report and was found not to have a valid license, police said.
