Theft
Oswego police said they are investigating a May 18 theft from a home in the 600 block of Braidwood Lane. The theft was reported May 31 and the thieves made away with more than $300 in items.

iPad stolen
An iPad left unattended in an Oswego East High School bathroom was stolen at about 7:20 a.m. May 31, according to an Oswego police report. The iPad is valued at $500.

Obstructing police
Kamashia Busch, 32, of Downers Grove, was charged with obstructing a police officer at about 11:15 p.m. May 29 at 497 Silver Charm Drive, Oswego, according to an Oswego police report. During the same incident, Autumn Brown, 38, of Chicago, was charged with obstructing a police officer and in connection with an outstanding warrant. Meanwhile, Lukeisha Richardson, 31, of Oswego, and Gregory Brown, 32, of Oswego, both were charged with aggravated battery, obstructing a police officer and resisting a police officer, according to reports.
Game system stolen
Oswego police received a report of a stolen Xbox 360 from a business at 3020 Route 34 at about 3:50 p.m. May 29, according to a police report. The Xbox is valued $323.
Friday, May 27Theft, alcohol possession
Three juveniles—a 17-year-old and two 15-year-olds—were charged with retail theft at about 7:50 p.m. May 27 at Walmart, according to an Oswego police report. The 17-year-old and one of the 15-year-olds also were charged with unlawful possession of alcohol by a minor.
Domestic battery
Jovon Walker, 24, of Montgomery, was charged with domestic battery at about 10:45 p.m. May 27 at 204 Springbrook Trail South, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a July 8 court date.
Marijuana possession
Three 17-year-old Oswego boys were charged with possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 6:50 p.m. May 27 in the 300 block of Persimmon Lane, according to an Oswego police report.
Obstruction
Matt Bender, 28, 2006 Farmington Lakes Drive, No. 14, was charged with obstructing a police officer at about 2:40 a.m. May 26 in his home, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a June 28 court date.
