DUI

Adrianne Klis, 23, 123 Park St., Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence and failure to signal at about 11:35 p.m. Sunday at Park and Ashland streets, according to an report. She was given a Nov. 28 court date.

Unlawful consumption

A 17-year-old Aurora boy was charged with unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor at about 11 p.m. Sunday in the 100 block of Harbor Drive in Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies were at the scene investigating a possible disturbance, the report said.

Marcus Serna, 36, of Sandwich, was charged with criminal damage to property after kicking in a front door in the first block of Anchor Drive in Oswego Township at about 1:30 p.m. Sunday, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report.

Saturday, Oct. 29

Car break-in

A resident in the 100 block of St. George Lane in Oswego Township reported someone broke into his car sometime before 3:50 p.m. Saturday and stole an iPod, GPS unit and air conditioning testing unit the victim uses for work, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. The incident is under investigation.

Unlawful use of a weapon

Nicholas Stadler, 21, of Montgomery, was charged with unlawful use of a weapon at about 3 a.m. Saturday after a fight in the first block of Pueblo Road in Oswego Township, according to a Kendall County Sheriff’s Office report. Deputies were called to the scene for a fight with someone brandishing a knife, according to police. When they arrived, deputies found Stadler had left. He was found a few blocks away, and told deputies he had taken the knife from his home, reports said.
