Theft

A Lisle man reported his laptop stolen after leaving it at the Oswego Starbucks at about 7 p.m. Wednesday, according to an report. When he returned the computer was gone. The value of the item was placed at about $2,650, the report said.

Obstructing justice

Jose Godinez, 37, of Aurora, was charged with obstructing justice, obstructing a police officer, forgery and on a failure to appear warrant at about 10 p.m. Wednesday at Route 30 and Douglas Road, according to an Oswego police report. He was given a June 19 court date.

Stolen iPod

Oswego police are investigating a theft of an iPod from Hunt Club Elementary School that occurred sometime before 6:50 p.m. May 21, according to an Oswego police report. The iPod was valued at $250.

Aggravated assault

Kyle Kutschke, 19, of 646 Manhattan Circle, Oswego, was charged with aggravated assault and criminal damage to property at about 10 p.m. May 21, at his home, according to an Oswego police report. Alicia Wise, 20, of 508 Sudbury Circle, was charged with underage consumption of alcohol during the same incident, according to police.

Laptop stolen

A resident in the 100 block of Clubhouse Lane in Oswego reported his laptop stolen from the bedroom of his home sometime before midnight May 21, according to an Oswego police report. There was no value placed on the laptop.

Sunday, May 20

Domestic battery

A 17-year-old boy in the 300 block of Beaver Crossing was charged with domestic battery at about 11 p.m. May 20, according to an Oswego police report. No other information was available.

Laptop stolen

A resident in the 500 block of Chestnut Street in Oswego reported a laptop stolen from the home sometime before 8 p.m. May 20, according to an Oswego police report. The value of the laptop was placed at about $550.

Car stolen

A 2005 Mitsubishi Galant was stolen from the 200 block of Springbrook Trail North sometime before 9:30 p.m. May 20, according to an Oswego police report. The value of the car was not given.

Friday, May 18

Weapon possession

An Oswego East High School student who brought a knife to school May 18 was charged with unlawful possession of a weapon, according to an Oswego police report. No other information was available.
