Police Blotter: Man Charged on Outstanding Warrant While Reporting Theft

Wednesday, Feb. 16

DUI
Ryan S. Craig, 27, of 107 Hillstone Road, Montgomery, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use at about 1:20 a.m. Feb. 16 after being stopped at Matena Drive and Victoria Lane, according to Oswego police reports. He was given a March 11 court date.

Tuesday, Feb. 15

Theft reported

A resident in the 100 block of Seton Creek Drive in Oswego reported his car was broken into and items were stolen between 9:30 a.m. Feb. 13 and 7:30 a.m. Feb. 15, according to Oswego police reports.

Theft alleged

Adam J. Mol, 28, of 19 Springbrook Trail South, Oswego, was charged with theft of mislaid property after police said he stole a jacket at the Americinn, 1050 Douglas Road at about 1:10 p.m. Feb. 15. He was given a March 8 court date.

Monday, Feb. 14

Headset taken
An employee at McDonald's, 347 Orchard Road, reported one of the business’ headsets was taken at about 10 p.m., according to an Oswego police report. The headset is valued at about $800. The incident was reported Feb. 14.

Sunday, Feb. 13

DUI, lane violation
Ashley Goldburg, 23, of 2706 Canyon Drive, Aurora, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol and improper lane use at about 10:45 p.m. Feb. 13 after being stopped at Routes 34 and 30, according to Oswego police reports. She was given a March 22 court date.

Theft victim charged on outstanding warrant
Aaron Johnson, 28, of Aurora, was charged on an outstanding warrant out of Kane County at about 3:20 p.m. Feb. 13 after calling Kendall County Sheriff’s deputies about cash that was stolen from him while he stayed at a relative's house in the 100 block of Dolores Street in Oswego Township, according to a Sheriff’s Office report.
