Domestic Battery

Alejandro Arroyo, 53, of Aurora, was charged with domestic battery and on an outstanding warrant at about 4:30 a.m. Tuesday at Route 34 and Chesterfield Drive, according to an report. He was taken to the Montgomery Police Department.

Monday, Sept. 26

Rock Thrown

A rock was thrown through the front door window at Sweet Customs, 30D Stonehill Drive, sometime before 10 a.m. Monday, according to an Oswego Police report. No damage estimate was given.

Sunday, Sept. 25

DUI

Michael Mullins, 36, of Sugar Grove, was charged with driving under the influence and improper lane usage at about 3 a.m. Sunday at Route 71 and Orchard Road, according to an Oswego Police report. He was given an Oct. 25 court date.

Marijuana possession

Ricardo Sanchez, 30, of Plainfield, was charged with possession of marijuana and driving while license revoked at about 8 p.m. at Washington and Adams streets, according to an Oswego Police report. No court date was given.

Skate park tagged

Oswego Police are investigating graffiti painted on the skate park at sometime before 11:30 a.m. Sunday, according to a police report. About $100 in damage was done.

Friday, Sept. 23

Trespassing

Trejmario Cook. 18, of Montgomery, was charged with criminal trespass to state supported property at about 8 p.m. Friday at Oswego High School, according to an Oswego Police report. No court date was given.

Marijuana possession

A 14-year-old Plano boy was charged with possession of less than 2.5 grams of marijuana at about 9:30 a.m. Friday at 61 Franklin St.., according to an Oswego Police report. He was released to his parents.

Marijuana possession

Andres Quogana, 22, 110 Fox Chase Drive, Oswego, was charged with marijuana possession and possession of drug paraphernalia at about 1:50 a.m. Friday at Washington and Main streets. He was given an Oct. 26 court date.
