Battery, mob action

were called to the 100 block of Springbrook Trail South at about 2 a.m. for a report of a battery and mob action. A male juvenile was taken to Rush Copley Medical Center for his injuries, but no charges were filed, police said.

Friday, April 27

Disorderly conduct

Two Oswego High School students were charged with disorderly conduct at the school at about 8:30 a.m., according to Oswego police. Both students are from Montgomery. One was a 14-year-old girl and the other was a 15-year-old girl.

Burglary charge

Oswego police said Lawrence Clark, 28, of Yorkville was charged with one count of burglary after taking a GPS unit from a car while it was parked in the 1000 block of Station Drive last October. He was arrested on a warrant in Aurora, police said.

Domestic battery

Oswego police said Scott M. Remus, 39 of Oswego was charged with domestic battery which occurred in January. Remus is accused of pushing a family member to the floor, fracturing the person’s wrist. A court date of May 8 has been set.

Disorderly conduct

Two Oswego High School students were charged with disorderly conduct at about 9 a.m. at the school, according to an Oswego police report. One was a 15-year-old boy from Oswego and the other was a 16-year-old Plainfield boy.

Sunday, April 22

Domestic battery

  • Jessica D. Fahnestock, 20, 220 Hickory St., Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at 4 a.m. at her home, police said. She was given a May 25 court date.
  • Jaime Herraera, 44, of 69 Monroe St., Oswego, was charged with domestic battery at about 11:15 p.m., according to police. He was given a May 8 court date.

Friday, April 20

DUI

Cathy M. Brown, 42, 28 Cherry St., Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence and no front license plate at about 11 p.m. at Route 34 and Osage, according to an Oswego police report. She was given a May 8 court date.

Battery

Oswego police took a report for a battery to a 15-year-old at Plank Junior High at about 3 p.m. No other information was available.

Thursday, April 19

Battery

A 13-year-old Plank Junior High student was taken to Rush-Copley Medical Center at about 10:30 a.m. after being repeatedly punched by another student. No other information was available on the incident.

Disorderly conduct

Two Oswego East High School students, ages 15 and 16, were charged with disorderly conduct at 8:15 a.m. at the school. Both were released to their parents.
