Police Blotter: Many Counts of Theft, Two Involving Juveniles

Monday, Oct. 22

Hit and run

Oswego Police responded to a report of a hit and run that occurred at 7:40 p.m. at Oswego Village Hall. Damages are estimated at more than $1,500. The incident is under investigation.

Sunday, Oct. 21

Theft

A male juvenile of the 100 block of Seneca Drive, Montgomery, was arrested at 1:30 p.m. at Route 34 and Mason Square Drive and charged with retail theft, said Oswego police. He stole under $200.

Failure to appear warrant

Mario A. Delgado, 24, of the 300 block of Center, Aurora, was arrested at 11:04 p.m. at Douglas and Long Beach and charged with a failure to appear warrant, said Oswego police.

Saturday, Oct. 20

Possession of cannabis

Joshua Harris, 18, of the 600 block of Belmont, was arrested at 4:30 p.m. at Ogden Falls Boulevard and Waterbury and charged with the unlawful possession of cannabis, said Oswego police.

Theft

  • Oswego police responded to a report of theft that occurred at 2:30 p.m. at Route 34 and Mason Square Drive. The case is under investigation.
  • Robert John Martin III, 22, of the 400 block of Terrace Lane, was arrested at 8:37 p.m. at Route 34 and Mason Square Drive and charged with retail theft, said Oswego police. Martin stole $14.99.
  • Oswego police responded to a report of theft that occurred at an unknown time on Oct. 20 in the 100 block of Kendall Point Drive. $75 worth of pallets were reported stolen.

 

Friday, Oct. 19

Possession of drug paraphernalia

Matthew R. Llanes, 18, of the 12900 block of Grande Poplar, Plainfield, was arrested at 9:58 p.m. at Wolf and Roth and charged with the unlawful possession of drug paraphernalia, said Oswego police.

Theft

A female juvenile, 15, was arrested at 3 p.m. at Oswego High School and charged with theft, said Oswego police.

Thursday, Oct. 18

Criminal damage to property

Oswego police responded to a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at an unknown time in the 0-99 block of Garfield Street.

Wednesday, Oct. 17

Aggravated battery

Jeffery A. Bicwick, 42, of the 400 block of Landmark Avenue,Yorkville, was arrested at 7:49 p.m. at his residence and charged with aggravated battery of a police officer, said Oswego police.

Theft

Oswego police responded to a report of the unlawful use of a debit card that occurred on Oct. 15 at 10:05 a.m.  at Route 30 and Douglas Road.
