Stolen vehicle recovered

 said they recovered a gold 2007 Cadillac Escalade that was stolen from a dealership in Davenport, IA around 2:45 p.m. Monday on Townsend Drive.

Battery

Justin Andreas, 25, of Chicago, was charged with battery around noon March 11 at 604 Lincoln Station Drive and given an April 16 court date, according to police.

Drug paraphernalia possession

Keith Knazze, 20, of the 500 block Silvercharm, Oswego, was charged with possession of drug paraphernalia around 8:40 p.m. March 11 at Douglas Road and Bluegrass Parkway, police reports said. He was given an April 17 court date.

Friday, March 9

Aggravated battery

Fidelina Cruz, 42, of 407 Gloria Lane, Oswego, was charged with aggravated battery at about 4 a.m. March 9 at her home, according to an Oswego police report. No other information was available.

DUI

Nicholas Ryan, 18, of 247 Morgan Valley Drive, Oswego, was charged with driving under the influence of alcohol at about 12:30 p.m. March 9 at Route 34 and Wolf’s Crossing Road, according to Oswego police. He was given a March 20 court date.

Wednesday, March 7

Marijuana possession

A 15-year-old Aurora boy was charged with possession of marijuana around 9:30 a.m. March 7 at Oswego East High School. No other information was available.

Monday, March 5

Battery, disorderly conduct

Two Oswego East High School students were arrested—one for battery and one for disorderly conduct—at about 8 a.m. March 5 at the school, according to reports. Charged with battery, police said the juvenile battered a teacher at the school.
