A 31-year-old Oswego man was beaten and had his phone taken from him at about 3 p.m. Aug. 17 near the former Mystic Gardens flower shop, 52 N. Adams St., according to . The attackers were described as two males driving a white Ford Mustang. The man was injured but did not require emergency medical attention.
