No valid driver’s license
Karla Suarez, 31, of the 200 block of Springbrook Trail South, Oswego, was arrested at 4:13 p.m. at Fifth Street and Farmington Lakes Drive and charged with driving without a valid license, said Oswego Police. She was also cited for disobeying a stop sign.

Oswego police are investigating a reported forgery that occurred in 2011 at a business in the 1200 block of Douglas Road. The forgery reportedly occurred with a business partner.

Oswego police are investigating a reported theft where a victim’s debit card information was accessed and wired money transactions totaling $548.40 were sent to unknown subjects on the west coast.
Tuesday, Dec. 18
Burglary
Oswego police are investigating a reported burglary to a motor vehicle that occurred between 3:00 p.m. on Dec. 17 and 8:30 a.m. on Dec. 18 in the 100 block of Kendall Point Drive. All four tires and rims along with a pioneer CD player valued at $200 were reported stolen.
Theft
Oswego police are investigating a reported theft that occurred before 8:30 a.m. at Oswego High School. A cell phone and iPod valued at $300 were taken from a gym locker.
Monday, Dec. 17
Burglary
Oswego police are investigating a reported burglary that occurred at an unknown time at Stonehill Road and Wolf Road. The victim reported a burglary of three 500-feet of copper wire valued at $10,000.
Criminal damage to property
Oswego police are investigating a report of criminal damage to property that occurred at an unknown time 4300 block of Schofield, Oswego. A house under construction was reported spray-painted.
Theft
Oswego police are investigating a reported theft that occurred at 4:00 p.m. in the 4100 block of Plainfield Road. Approximately $27 was reported stolen.
Harassment
Oswego police responded to a reported harassment call that occurred at 11:03 a.m. The victim reported receiving a harassing text.
Sunday, Dec. 16
Unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor
Eduardo Correa Hernandez, 18, of the 2800 block of Frances Lane, Montgomery, was arrested at 4:07 a.m. at Douglas and Merchants Drive and charged with the unlawful consumption of alcohol by a minor, said Oswego police.
DUI
Jennifer R. Romero, 32, of the 100 block of Tealwood, Montgomery, was arrested at 2:52 am. At Boulder Hill Pass and Sedgewick and charged with driving under the influence of alcohol, said Oswego police. Romero was also charged with speeding and no insurance.
Saturday, Dec. 15
Possession of drug paraphernalia, consumption of alcohol by a minor
Eduardo Duran, 19, of the 300 block of Morgan Valley Drive, was arrested at 3:32 a.m. at Route 34 and Arbor Lane and charged with the possession of drug paraphernalia and the consumption of alcohol by a minor, said Oswego police. Duran was also charged with improper lane usage.
Retail theft
A male juvenile, 15, was arrested at in the 2400 block of Route 34 and charged with retail theft, said Oswego police.
Burglary
Oswego police responded to a reported car burglary that occurred between 6:00 p.m. on Dec. 14 and 8:00 a.m. on Dec. 15 in the 4600 block of McClaren Drive. A laptop computer and a palm pilot valued at $1,250 were taken from an unlocked car.
Thursday, Dec. 13
Damage to property
Oswego police responded to a report of damage to property that occurred at an unknown time in the 400 block of Barnaby. Someone had reportedly spray-painted the street, with damages estimated at $50.
Driving with suspended license, failure to secure child
Dawan S. Hill, 28, of the 800 block of Randall, Aurora, was arrested at 9:30 p.m. at Hill and Montgomery and charged with driving with a suspended license and failure to secure a child under the age of eight in a restraint, said Oswego police.

Theft
Oswego police responded to a report of a jewelry theft that occurred at an unknown time in the 200 block of Foster Drive, Oswego. A reported $21,000 worth of jewelry was removed from the residence.

Possession of cannabis
Kyle I. Ivanov, 18, of the 0-99 block of Primrose Lane, was arrested at 6:00 a.m. at Primrose Lane and Waterbury Circle and charged with the possession of cannabis, said Oswego police.
