Police Blotter: Phone Harassment, ID Theft

Oswego police police are investigating a report that a victim in the 1200 block of Douglas Road received harassing phone messages.

June 30

A victim in the 500 block of Hartford reported an identity theft after someone used the victim's Social Security number to file taxes for 2013. The victim then received a tax bill from the IRS for $7,091.22. 

A male juvenile was taken into custody on a charge of domestic battery in the 0-100 block of Paddock in unincorporated Montgomery, Kendall County Sheriff's police said.
