A victim in the 500 block of Hartford reported an identity theft after someone used the victim's Social Security number to file taxes for 2013. The victim then received a tax bill from the IRS for $7,091.22.A male juvenile was taken into custody on a charge of domestic battery in the 0-100 block of Paddock in unincorporated Montgomery, Kendall County Sheriff's police said.
